This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be granted for purchases made on ks-tumanova.com, operated by Sammitcrest Trading LLC. Because we sell digital products, specific rules apply.

All products sold on our Website are digital-only. No physical items are shipped.

Once a digital product is delivered, it cannot be returned, revoked, or “un-downloaded,” which is why refunds are limited as described below.

2. Digital Products Are Non-Refundable After Delivery

Delivery occurs when the product becomes available in your Account dashboard. Delivery occurs after successful payment.

After delivery, all sales are final and non-refundable, even if:

  • you have not downloaded the file yet,
  • you have downloaded the file one or more times,
  • you have used or exhausted some or all available download attempts,
  • you lost access to your device,
  • you changed your mind.

Digital content cannot be returned or revoked once access has been provided. For customers in the European Union, by completing your purchase you expressly request immediate access to the digital product and acknowledge that you may lose your statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days once access to the digital content has been provided, as permitted by applicable law.

3. When Refunds May Be Granted

Refund is possible only if the product has not yet been made available in your Account. You must contact us before the product becomes available in your Account.

4. Wrong Product or Duplicate Order

If you purchased:

  • the wrong item,
  • the same product multiple times,

you may request a refund only if the product has not been accessed after delivery.

Evidence of download or access automatically makes the purchase non-refundable, except where a refund is required under applicable consumer protection law.

5. Faulty or Corrupted Files

If a file is corrupted, incomplete, or fails to download due to a technical error:

  1. resend the download link,
  2. provide an updated or alternative file,
  3. help troubleshoot device or software settings.

If the issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable time, we may offer a refund or replacement at our discretion, or as required by applicable law.

This applies only to genuine product defects — not to device limitations or unsupported software.

6. No Refunds for Compatibility Issues

By purchasing a Digital Product, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

We do not guarantee compatibility outside the environments explicitly listed in the product description. Refunds are not issued if a product does not function on:

  • unsupported devices,
  • outdated or modified operating systems,
  • third-party apps that are not officially supported, or
  • software versions that differ from those specified on the product page.

It is your responsibility to verify compatibility before completing the purchase.

If you experience technical issues within a supported environment, we will gladly assist you with troubleshooting.

7. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback without contacting us first, we may:

  • suspend access to your Account and purchased products,
  • refuse future purchases,
  • provide evidence to the payment processor (download logs, access timestamps).

8. How to Request a Refund

  • reason for the request,
  • that the product has not been downloaded or accessed.

We respond within 2–3 business days. Refund decisions are typically made within 5 business days. We reserve the right to refuse refund requests in cases of suspected abuse or fraud.


If a refund is approved:

  • it is issued to the original payment method,
  • processing times vary by Stripe, PayPal, or Payoneer (typically 3–10 business days), and are subject to the policies and processing times of the payment provider.
